Spring is springing and it is time to list your home!

Ok guys,  It is that time of year to list your home if you are wanting to sell.  Spring is upon us and you need to have your home ready to put  on the market.  Some things you may want to do is:  Make sure it is clean from the curb appeal to the inside of your closets.  You want nutural colors on the interior walls and you can add just a splash of color with pillows and throws.  Don't forget the little touches like a clean porch and windows to make your home look sharp!!   Declutter is a big thing as well.  If you have a wood deck and it looks old you may want to power wash and add a fresh coat of stain to make it pop and look new again.  This time of year makes people want to get started on the process of looking for there new house, so that mean more home go on the market, more open house are had on Sundays and your don't want to be left behind and miss out on those buyers.  So if you are not ready, you need to get your home ready and get that agent on the phone. 

We also have the tax credit for buyers out there and it is going to expire April 30th,  So don't delay and miss the boat.  What that means to a Seller is:  The buyer needs to find the house they want and have the contract accepted by April 30th and have the transaction closed by June 30th.  Act today and get your home Sold.  If you get your home up on the market in time and get it Sold you could be the buyer out there looking to make your deal and get that tax credit before it end.  It can be done.
